The Baroque church was a single-nave, oriented building with a rectangular nave and a recessed, three-sided presbytery. Low annexes, a sacristy and a chapel, were added to both sides of the choir. The main altar was acquired after 1750; the painting of the Martyrdom of St. Lawrence was replaced by a new one in 1864. Two side altars originated from 1759 (St. Anne) and 1763 (Assumption of the Virgin Mary). A stone baptismal font with a pewter bowl from 1663 has been preserved from the older furnishings. During the second half of the 20th century, the church was unused and gradually fell into disrepair. The roof collapsed, damaging the trusses and the wall crown. The site of the church has been reverently arranged with a cross and a stylized altar.
