Mirošovice, Church of St. Lawrence, entrance to the church, 1935-1960

New copper roof, flèche removed. Paint needs patching in places. - Churchyard wall repaired. - Church built by Princess von Lobkowitz, née Countess Poppelin von Lobkowitz, heiress to the estates of Bílina, Libčeves and Mirošovice. In 1708, when the church was consecrated, it contained an altarpiece of St. Lawrence attributed to Petr Brandl or his school. - The village chateau is abandoned, in poor condition, with a damaged roof (only the tower has a new roof).
