Memorial Hall and Dalhousie Obelisk, 1911

In 1901, two separate buildings, the Town Hall and a theatre, were combined to create the Victoria Memorial Hall. The Hall opened in 1905, with the clock tower completed in 1906. Later, an obelisk was relocated south, closer to the Asian Civilisations Museum.
