Mirošovice, Church of St. Lawrence, church facade, 1950-1965
The church has a new copper roof; the flèche has been removed. The exterior paint needs patching in places. The surrounding wall has been repaired. The church was built by Princess von Lobkowitz, née Countess Poppelin von Lobkowitz, heiress to the estates of Bílina, Libčeves, and Mirošovice. In 1708, when the church was consecrated, it housed an altarpiece of St. Lawrence, attributed to Petr Brandl or his school.
