Built in 1929. Became part of the Supreme Court complex in 1987. The photo shows the City Hall with the Grand Hotel de l'Europe adjacent to its left (the Supreme Court building would be constructed on the hotel's site in 1939). The spire of St. Andrew's Cathedral rises above the facade.
