22 Broadway, southeast side, between Ruby and Darlington Avenues. 92. C.W. Dann Department Store Built circa 1909, the ground floor features a barrel tile shed roof. The upper floors, added in 1912, are distinguished by a diaper-patterned facade. A central arched window with a lighted transom highlights the second story. The building later housed a computer store.
