USA
Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, California

At 3 am on May 29, 1969, one of the Angels Flight cars was loaded onto a truck, marking the railway's initial closure. Relocated and reopened at California Plaza in March 1995, it tragically closed again in February 2001 after a fatal accident involving the Sinai and Olivet cars. While the second car remains, it is no longer operational.
