
The Million Dollar Theater, a Churrigueresque Revival-style building at 307 South Broadway, is shown in a May 21, 1982 photograph. Designed in 1918 by Albert C. Martin (exterior) and William L. Woollett (interior), it originally housed Sid Grauman's movie palace on the ground floor and the Metropolitan Water District offices above.
