The photo was taken from the Baku City Duma building. To the left is a section of the Governor's Mikhailovsky City Garden. The Mirzabyekyan brothers' house is in the center, followed by the intersection with Buynakskaya Street and a portion of Saint Nina's girls' gymnasium (on the right). The architect of the high-rise building was civil engineer V.S. Sarkisov (Sargsyan).
