The former villa of Yuzefovich - the Palace of Pioneers., 1950-1953
After the revolution, the building housed the Society of Old Bolsheviks, and after the war, the Pioneers' Palace. It became a Wedding Palace in 1963. While the original fence wasn't replaced, two lion statues were added to the entrance recently. The interior, designed by renowned artist and Academy of Design and Arts professor Z. Solovieva, reflects the theatrical and pompous style of the facade. The central ceremonial hall, decorated in pastel tones with rich stucco and gold details, and the blue and white foyer with its panoramic loggia, exemplify this grandeur.

Wedding Palace, 1985
Built in 1913 on the outskirts of Kharkiv by architect A. Gorokhov, this former mansion of newspaper publisher A. Yuzefovich (Iozefovich) showcases an eclectic Empire style, characteristic of the architect's work. The design incorporates elements of neoclassicism, featuring columns, pilasters, molded cornices, and classical sculptures like vases and lions, arranged symmetrically to create a grand, palatial effect.
