The photo shows a section of Nerstranda street, near the intersection with Fiskergata. On the right are the butcher Olaf Loe's slaughterhouse and barns. Molde. Built in 1887, this neo-Gothic wooden church replaced a previous one lost to fire. The same fate befell this structure in 1940 when wartime bombing of the city center destroyed numerous buildings, including the church. A new church, the third on the site, was constructed in 1957.
